What we do…
We remove the stress of leaving your beloved animals, and offer you complete peace of mind whilst you are away from your home.
We provide 24hr personal care for your animals, possessions and property.
We provide photographic and video updates of your animals on a daily basis, or to any other schedule of your preference.
We offer a personal, made to measure, and compassionate service that delivers tremendous value for money, compared to the the ever rising costs of traditional boarding kennels, catteries etc. *To kennel 2 dogs for 2 weeks can cost upwards of £1000 for just the most basic of accommodation.
We have extensive experience of caring for anxious pets, both large and small, with particular skill in caring for dogs with separation anxiety. We will continue any establishing training regimes and reinforce existing excercise and feeding routines in line with the specific needs of you, the owner.
We include full public liability insurance within our prices at no extra charge.
What we don’t do…
We don’t hit you with hidden charges – our price list is clear, honest and concise.
We don’t change extra for administering prescribed medicines.
We don’t charge for any food that we consume whilst house sitting.
We only recharge you at cost for any extraordinary expenses during the sit – e.g. additional animal feed or veterinary and medication costs, etc. All such costs will be agreed with client prior to any expenditure.
How it all works…
- We either come to your home for a FREE consultation visit, or arrange a video call, to agree the range of services that you require.
- Within 24 hours of the consultation, we will provide you with a written quotation of the full cost of the services requested.
- Once agreed, confirmation of the sit is made by email, but only following receipt of a 50% deposit.
- Final 50% payment is required no later than 7 days prior to the beginning of the sit.
Payment, Cancellation and Delays…
Once the sit is agreed, and the deposit paid, cancellation beyond that point will result in the retention of the 50% deposit. N.B. – If re-booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, this deposit can be offset against any new booking fees.
If your return home is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, at our discretion, we may stay on for a maximum of 12 hours after the agreed time, without additional charges. Beyond 12 hours, each day or part thereof will be chargeable at the agreed daily rate.
Following the sit, any reimbursements for agreed expenses (animal feed, medicines etc.) are payble within 7 days of the completion of the sit.
