Linda house sat and looked after my rescue dog Honey in April this year. I was worried about going away and leaving Honey because she could be anxious. She’d been reactive to traffic and a little reactive to other dogs. I was struggling to walk her because she was so strong.

I needn’t have worried. Linda put my mind at ease before I even went on holiday. She came the day before, so I could see how she was with Honey and by the end of that day, Honey was walking on a loose lead and had been down to the forest and back. I knew that she was in safe hands. I was able to relax while I was away and have the break I needed because Honey trusted Linda and could relax too.

Linda kept me updated with photos and videos of where they’d been on their adventures, which were fabulous, and then of her spark out at the end of the day. She knew how much exercise she needed to settle her and exposed her to towns, people and other dogs really successfully.

I really appreciated having somebody who I could trust, who really knew dogs, and who by the end of the holiday loved Honey as if she was her own.

Linda and her adorable dog Amber have house sat with our lovely young golden retriever Zach 6 or 7 times now. She first looked after Zach when he was a young, over-excitable puppy and when we came back his manners had even improved.
We never have any concerns for Zach when Linda is looking after him. He gets very excited when Linda and Amber arrive as he knows he’s going to get regular walks, lots of cuddles and attention and some adventures to new places to provide some variety. When we get home, whilst he is excited to see us, he also seems a bit sad that it means his other mates will be leaving. 
Linda also always makes sure we come home to a clean and tidy home and all of the little jobs like taking the bins out for collection and receiving deliveries are never any trouble.
We’d highly recommend Linda and will be continuing to use her to look after our precious boy.

Linda, with support from Nigel and their son Oliver looked after our two Irish Setters for 2 weeks whilst we were away on a European trip. From the moment they arrived we had no hesitation in leaving the dogs and our house in their care. Linda kept in touch every day with photos of the dogs, keeping us up to date on how they were doing and sharing any slight concerns she had over our old lady Rosie. Linda’s experience with and love for dogs went far beyond expectation, and even beyond her own statements. I knew, the minute she walked in the door, that she was a Dog Person through and through, and she showed this over and over during her stay. In addition to feeding, walking, cleaning up after the dogs, she administered medications without fail, contacted me if there was any doubt, monitored any possible bouts of stomach upset… Her understanding of “dog mentality” kept the dogs calm, happy, cuddled and avoided any incidents of tension that sometimes arises between the dogs when new sitters come.
